Customer Return Insurance Program

At Net City Shops (www.NetCityShops.com) we make every effort to offer a safe and pleasant shopping experience where
you can buy with complete confidence. Our new Customer Return Insurance Program allows you to return a product, that
you may not be 100% satisfied with, for a fraction of what the actual return shipping charges may be.

Our Customer Return Insurance Program charge is $4.95 per order if purchasing on www.BikeRackShops.com,
www.BikeTrainerShops.com, www.KayakRackShops.com or www.HomeOrganizerShops.com. The charge is $3.95 per order if
purchasing from www.WallDecorShops.com. This is substantially less than the typical cost the customer bears when returning
merchandise. Below are some examples of freight charges to help you determine if you would like to select the Customer
Return Insurance Program option:

Please keep in mind that the product being returned must be in new, unused condition and in it’s original packaging.
Return authorizations must be requested by calling 1-877-367-4253. Return items must be dropped off at an authorized
UPS drop off point. Our standard return policies, for each individual website, will apply.

Shipments to locations outside the 'lower 48 states' are not eligible for this progrm.

Items Excluded From Offer: Special Orders, Area Rugs, Framed Art, Custom Murals, Closeouts, Outdoor Art, Garage
Cabinets, Loft-It Lift, ProStor Heavy Lift, Outdoor & Indoor Commercial Bike Racks

Websites owned and managed by Net City Shops, other than those listed above, will not qualify for this program. Only one
return per order will be allowed. Defective merchandise will be accepted back at the expense of Net City Shops regardless
of the Customer Return Insurance Program participation status.

Notes on Shipping

Net City Shops uses UPS as its primary shipper. Most orders received by 2:00pm Central Time will be shipped the same day except on weekends and federal holidays.
However, in some cases orders may not be shipped for one or more days after the order is received. This would include the following situations:

• Merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer
• Merchandise that is out-of-stock
• Merchandise that requires special handling
• Merchandise that is made-to-order or otherwise noted with delayed shipping
• Orders that consist of items being shipped from more than one location

UPS DELIVERY COMMITMENTS ARE BASED ON THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, NOT THE DAY THE ORDER IS PLACED.

UPS Next Day: Next business day delivery, from ship date, by end of day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery, from ship date, by end of day.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by end of second business day following ship day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional time.

UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day after ship day.

UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days after ship date.
