Next Day, 2nd-Day, & 3rd-Day delivery:

All orders can be shipped for Next-Day, 2nd-Day, or 3rd-Day delivery for an additional charge.
Selecting one of these faster delivery methods DOES NOT speed up the manufacturing of your order -- it only speeds up the delivery of your order once it has been manufactured and has left the warehouse.

RETURNS

All returns must be received at KitchenCartShops.com within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in the original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.

Holiday Returns Policy conditions

We have extended our standard 30 day return policy for the holidays. Items ordered as gifts that ship before January 1, 2012 may be returned for a refund until 4:00 pm central time on January 31, 2012. If you are returning an item within the timeline of our Holiday Return Policy, please be sure to follow the same procedures as our standard returns policy (listed below).

Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.

Return Policy – Non-Defective Merchandise

1. All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning.
To obtain an RA Number please call 1-877-589-9118.
Returns without a valid RA Number displayed on the outside of the carton will be refused.

2. All returns must be received at KitchenCartShops.com within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in the original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.

3. Any item that is returned to us that has been installed, used, altered, or showing any signs of wear will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.
UPS or FedEX Ground Shipping will meet these requirements.

5. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable including those on special free shipping offers. Shippings costs to return the item are your responsibility.

6. A 25% repackaging/processing charge will be applied to the return of all merchandise deemed resalable

7. Close-Out Items are not exchangeable or returnable.

KitchenCartShops.com will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Return Policy –

Defective Merchandise

1. If any item arrives in less than satisfactory condition as a result of manufacturer defect or if you received the wrong product in error, please call us, within 24 hours.

2. For defective merchandise we will send replacement parts to fix the problem.

Exchanges

1. Items to be exchanged for different products must be in new, unused condition with all packaging, paperwork, and parts included. Exchanges will not be made after 30 days.

2. Items returned with any sign of use or wear will not qualify for credit.

Canceling Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order after your order has been placed, please call us at 1-877-589-9118.

We are often unable to cancel processed orders on specialty or custom made items.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
