Selecting one of these faster delivery methods DOES NOT speed up the manufacturing of your order -- it only speeds up the delivery of your order once it has been manufactured and has left the warehouse.

All items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase we will exchange it or refund your money, provided the following:

1. You call us at 877/367-4253 within 30 days of purchase for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
2. Outside of carton must be clearly marked with RA number. Returns shipped without RA number will be refused.
3. You must return all included parts.
   
4. You return the product in it's original package.
   
5. The product must be in resaleable condition. No exceptions will be made.
   
6. A 20% repackaging charge on all returns will be charged.

Our outbound and inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement parts are sent for items that arrive with damaged or defective parts.
